If you like working with your hands, woodworking may be a great hobby for you! During the course of the semester, you will learn and develop basic woodworking skills all while making your very own project. Discussions will include wood and tool terminology, layout techniques, joinery, and finishes. Proper tool selection, sharpening, and project layout will be taught, with proper technique and safety in mind at all times.
This class uses hand tools only, no power tools.
