CourseGraphic Tai Chi for Health is a gentle, yet strengthening, low impact form of exercise that can improve balance and flexibility, as well as help manage stress.  It is safe and effective; beneficial for overall physical health, cardiovascular issues and chronic health conditions. Tai Chi for Health includes Chinese breathing exercises known as Qigong and the Yang style Tai Chi Short form. This class is perfect for beginners.
