Get three different exercises in just one class! You will perform different exercises each day to help strengthen and tone different areas of your body: Pilates, resistance bands, balls, hand weights, and drumming on the Pilate balls with drumsticks. Modifications will be included for all exercises, but you will be encouraged to challenge yourself as the semester progresses.
