
Do you remember how much fun it was to hula hoop as a kid? It still is as an adult! During this class, we will hula hoop for physical fitness and positive mental health. Each session will consist of a warm-up, cardio portion and a cool down, all set to upbeat music. Hooping is a great core workout, too. Join us as we rediscover that exercise can be entertaining. Hoops will be provided.
