ClassGraphic Reap cardiovascular and strength benefits while doing fun, slightly intense exercises!  We will learn to properly and safely stretch, warm up, and perform abdominal, upper-body and lower-body exercises. Some yoga will be included as well. Please wear workout clothes and tennis shoes. (Level 3)
