History of Gospel Music in Texas

This class will teach the importance of Gospel Music in relation to Texas History. It will explore and examine Gospel Music origins, musicians, singers, and their significance to American History. The class will also learn songs and perform songs in the area to help start interest in a College of the Mainland Gospel Community Choir. No singing experience is needed to register for this class.
