TThis course meets curriculum and skills requirements for the Texas Commission on Fire Protection for Fire Officer III. Topics include curriculum and skills in the TCFP Curriculum Manual for Fire Officer III. Students will be required to attend labs to complete skills required by the TCFP Skills Manual. Successful completion of the course will make students eligible for the TCFP's certification examination, provided they satisfy TCFP testing requirements. Suggested Prerequisite: Fire Officer II certification or completion of FIRT 1443, Fire Officer II.
